Kidsafe Victoria covers a wide range of child injury topics including burns, drowning, falls, poisoning, choking, suffocation, pet safety, child car restraints and nursery furniture safety. We are supporting the Community Outreach Program to deliver these messages directly to local communities.

Kidsafe, the Child Accident Prevention Foundation of Australia (CAPFA), was established in 1979 and are the leading independent, non-profit, non-government foundation dedicated to the prevention of unintentional death, injury and associated disability to children. The organisation’s ambition is to reduce the rate of unintentional child injury and death in Victoria.

The Kidsafe Victoria Community Outreach Program encompasses a series of tailored, one hour home safety presentations, delivered by fully trained local Kidsafe Victoria facilitators.
