• About us.

Established in January 2014, Hyundai Help for Kids is a collaborative partnership between Hyundai Motor Company Australia and the 168-strong Hyundai National Dealer Network. The partnership was established to provide grants to a range of organisations focused on delivering assistance to children and the families who support them through sport, culture, education, health, community engagement and social welfare initiatives.

Hyundai Help for Kids is the Australian part of Hyundai Motor Company’s global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, ‘Moving The World Together’. This initiative unites Hyundai’s international subsidiaries with the goal of creating and operating a range of social contribution programs demonstrating Hyundai’s commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.

    Eve's journey.

Thanks to Hyundai owners we’ve helped thousands of families across Australia, Eve’s journey is just one of them…

    Applying for assistance.

Hyundai Help for Kids was created to support not-for-profit organisations providing assistance to Australian children and their families. At the inception of this initiative, we invited eligible organisations to submit a case for receiving support via an online application process. Over the course of the first year we were overwhelmed with submissions seeking assistance, and have taken the decision to temporarily ‘rest’ the application process to allow us to concentrate on supporting our existing partnerships.

As from 1 January, 2015, any new recipients will be independently scouted and assessed by Hyundai Help for Kids Management and the CSR Committee with assistance from Hyundai Motor Company Australia and Hyundai Dealers across Australia.

Every time a new vehicle is sold in Australia, customers and owners are joining Hyundai and Hyundai Dealers to raise funds for our initiative. So, in effect, every Hyundai owner joins our family of not-for-profit organisations supporting Australians under the age of 18.

Hyundai Help for Kids provides assistance to a range of organisations solely focused on the betterment of children’s lives. This support includes vital funding to grant recipients as well as supplementary vehicle assistance and other bespoke benefits.

Hyundai Help for Kids was originally founded on three strategic pillars:
